Önder stated that they expect o turnover of 200 million dollars for 2007, and made an assessment of the sector. Hasan Önder visited the leaders of the sector and informed them about the projects when he was founding Airfel in1999. During these conversations, the leaders of the sector had the impression, "An engineer of 4 years experience comes here to talk about building factories and importing", which they did not hesitate to convey to Önder, and their approach was rather derisive. Önder had o final and determined reply to those who said that the sector was bad, and the present conditions were not favourable: "it is never possible to hear that everything went tine. 'Everyone was sure that we would go bankrupt in one or two years. We founded the company in August, and right afterwards, there was the Marmara Earthquake. Additionally, the announcement declares, "The by-pass project mentioned here will reduce the heavy oil tanker traffic in the straits and function as o sustainable export corridor for the transportation of oil that is expected to increase from Russia and the Caspian region to the Black Sea." ıtalian Energy giant ENi has joined the Samsun-Ceyhan pipeline project which was proposed by Çalık Enerji and will transport 1.5 million barrels of oil daily and expected to cost 1.5 billion US Dollars on September 15th and became partners with Çalık Enerji with o 50 per cent share of Trans Anadolu Petrol Boru Hattı Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
