The bidding tor fhe Elazığ Nafural Gas distribulion License confract was made at the head otfice ot the Energy Morket Regulatoıy Committee. Anadolu Doğal Gaz, Çelikler Taahhüt İnşaat, HSV İnşaat, Metangaz Şehir Doğalgaz Dağıtım, Peker inşaat, Şorkgaz and Maden Yağları and Yılloş inşaat have portlcipoted in the bldding far !he Elazığ Nafural Gos disfribufion License cantracf. While ı Ocompanles wifhdrew several hoursinto!he biddlng, Şarkgaz and Anadolu Doğalgaz engaged in fierce competifion. Peker İnşaat declared 0,078 cenf/kWh, followed by Çelikler İnşaat wifh 0,082 cenf/kWh, Yılloş wilh 0,079 cenf/kWh, Mefangaz wilh 0,069 cent/kWh, Şorkgaz wifh 0,076 cent/l<Wh, Anadolugaz with 0,022 cenf/kWh, HSV İnşaat wifh O, 154 cent/kWh unll service depreclation fees in fhe envelopes opened. The fhree companies (Şarkgaz, Metangaz and Anadolugaz) !hal had the lowest bids for the depreciafion service fee were invifed fo open biddlng following fhis. Anodolugaz and Şarkgaz towered fheir bids for depreciatlon service fee fo zero, white Mefangaz wifhdrew during fhe open bldding. The bidding continued based on !he subscriber connecfion fee fhaf was set af USD ı 80, 00 af fhaf poinf. in fhis round fhaf ıasted approximately fhree hours, Anadolu Doğalgaz bld down as far as five dollars and won fhe confracf. The disfribufion license will be good for fhirty years wifhin fhe rules set forth in the license. The company will underlake six separate lnvesfmenfs in Elazığ, Yazıkonak, Yurtbaşı and Hankendi dlsfricfs wifhin six months and start supplying gas by means of operating one of any separate disfribufion networks in any residential area in !he said disfricls wilhin !he dlslribution area wifhln eighfeen months from !he date !he license goes into effect. The minimum yearly amount required to be a free consumer within !he distrlbution area will be 15 million cublc meters for fhe tirsi five years from !he date !he ııcense goes into effect. This amount wlll be re determined everyyear by !he committee for the followlng years.
