The bidding tor fhe Elazığ Nafural Gas distribulion License confract was made at the head otfice ot the Energy Morket Regulatoıy Committee. Anadolu Doğal Gaz, Çelikler Taahhüt İnşaat, HSV İnşaat, Metangaz Şehir Doğalgaz Dağıtım, Peker inşaat, Şorkgaz and Maden Yağları and Yılloş inşaat have portlcipoted in the bldding far !he Elazığ Nafural Gos disfribufion License cantracf. The disfribufion license will be good for fhirty years wifhin fhe rules set forth in the license. The company will underlake six separate lnvesfmenfs in Elazığ, Yazıkonak, Yurtbaşı and Hankendi dlsfricfs wifhin six months and start supplying gas by means of operating one of any separate disfribufion networks in any residential area in !he said disfricls wilhin !he dlslribution area wifhln eighfeen months from !he date !he license goes into effect. The minimum yearly amount required to be a free consumer within !he distrlbution area will be 15 million cublc meters for fhe tirsi five years from !he date !he ııcense goes into effect. This amount wlll be re determined everyyear by !he committee for the followlng years.
